Returns Policy


Please be sure to inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@3dmats.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund is on the item cost only (a restocking fee may apply), we don’t refund postage costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Damaged
Must be notified within 10 days, please email us and describe damages to the item and packaging materials as well. We may also ask to provide pictures to help expedite the claim process.

Non receipt
Must be notified within 10 days. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to track packages and ensure safe arrival. If package shows delivered but buyer had not received we will contact the delivery company and wait for investigation. If buyer provided incorrect address, we will try to contact carrier but not guarantee replacement

Received Wrong product
Must notified within 10 days. Please check to see if product looks similar to pictures showed on 3dmats.uk then contact us either by phone or by email. We need to get the tracking/invoice number off the invoice/item so be sure not to throw away any packaging materials or paper work. We will send you return instructions and replace with the correct part for you.

Bad address
If search shows delivered, we will try to retrieve package but no guarantee. If package is return due to incorrect address, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges again.

Defects and Fitments issues
Notify within 10 days. Please check item description to match your vehicle year make and model. We may ask to provide pictures to show issues then determine if we will accept the return .

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
