1-YEAR MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY:
3D MAXpider offers one-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees 3D Mats products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship after retail purchase from an authorized 3D MAXpider dealer. A warehouse deal or closeout seller is not an authorized dealer. This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear and tear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable. Please note that 3D Warranty does not include plastic retention components.
If a 3D Mats product is suspected to be defective, contact us at sales@3dmats.uk along with a a clear photo of the defect and a proof of purchase for the warranty claim. Customers must keep a receipt of the original purchase as proof of purchase, claims will not be accepted with out this copy unless approved by management. 3D Mats UK reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods. The RMA Dept will notify you of rejected claims.
In the event the product is deemed defective by 3D Mats, a credit for the cost of the shipping will be issued.
